How do the subscription plans work?
- As part of the subscription a project manager will contact you for an onboarding call. We may contact you via phone, email and SMS to book in quarterly assessments, and you confirm that you allow the project manager to discuss, assess and offer one of the plans with suit your requirements.
- If you cancel your website subscription plan, the website hosting services will be cancelled immediately. The purchased domain will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can contact Teqpier to reactivate your website subscription within 3 months of cancellation.
